Prabhu deva was a sensation when he arrived in the Nineties. His mesmerizing dance moves to numbers like 'Urvashi' and 'Muqabala' had everyone enthralled. The choreographer cum actor is now all set to make his debut as a director in Bollywood with the soon to be released Wanted.
The film, which has been in the making for a while, is now complete and set to take its bow at the box office. Produced by Boney Kapoor, 'Wanted' is a remake of the Tamil film 'Pokhri' and its cast is headed by none other than Salman Khan. Despite not being very conversant in Hindi, Prabhu deva confesses to not having a problem in understanding the language. There were reports of Salman being responsible for delaying the movie as he wanted his other film, 'Veer' which is being directed by Anil Sharma, to be completed first, but Prabhudeva is all praise for the Khan and is even planning to do another movie with him soon. But coming back to 'Wanted', a fact which few know is that Prabhudeva has not choreographed any of the dance sequences in the movie, leaving it all instead to Vaibhavi Merchant. He has wisely decided to concentrate on his job as a director not letting even his first love, which is dancing, come in the way. 'Wanted' is an action movie which will see Salman playing the ultimate action hero. Prabhudeva is already moving on to his next project, which is a Telugu film. But he is definitely all set to become Bollywood's most Wanted with his forthcoming film.

Siblings Jithan Ramesh and Jiiva have had their moments of fame in Kollywood. Interestingly, the two may well enact brothers' roles in a movie by director Bala. For Ramesh, who has been longing for such a thing to happen, it was music to the ears when Bala sounded the idea. Should that happen, it will be a big boost for Ramesh to share screen space with his younger brother. Jiiva tasted success in Siva Manasula Sakthi but luck did not favour Ramesh when the much-expected Puli Varuthu turned out to be a damp squib. Ramesh hopes for better days should the Bala project materialize. His optimism stems from the fact that Vikram and Suriya found fame when pushed to the limits by the ace director.
